This material, which is found in nature and has a very high biocompatibility, contributes to gingival health. In addition, white coloration permits light transparency and allows the capture of natural tooth images. Zirconium Crown This material, which is found in nature and has a very high biocompatibility, contributes to gingival health. In addition, white coloration permits light transparency and allows the capture of natural tooth images. This transparent or transparent image obtained from the aesthetics gives very positive results. The zirconium infrastructure gives satisfactory results in terms of aesthetic and functional thanks to being more durable than normal metals. zirconium tooth coating is the most suitable coating type that can be used in people who are allergic to metal. Zirconium is preferred more and more every day because it is more resistant to heat and corrosion than other metals. Unlike normal crowns, Zirconium crowns are made from Zirconia (or Zirconium Oxide) which is an extremely strong and hard natural mineral. It’s natural state is far harder and more durable than a natural tooth, and makes it the perfect material for creating hard wearing dental crowns. It won’t wear or decay like some other materials, and it can still be shaped to accommodate even the most bizarrely shaped teeth. Traditionally, a crown needs to be supported and strengthened with a metal core within the tooth. This is so that they are able to withstand the pressure they will encounter in everyday life – like chewing or grinding. However this can sometimes cause some cosmetic problems – as the natural tooth is translucent, whereas the metal core is solid – so you end up with a solid line in your tooth. But a Zirconium crown doesn’t need this support, and is indistinguishable from the natural teeth, even close up. Zirconium crowns are perfect when they are fitted alongside dental implants. While creating your implant we will fit a zirconium abutment to fix the crown onto the tooth – resulting in a new tooth that looks and performs even better than your natural teeth – and will never decay! Uses of Zirconium Crowns To Cap Worn Teeth Over the course of your life your natural teeth with become worn down and loose some height. This is usually harmless, but can sometimes cause difficulties and discomfort for the joint between the upper and lower jaw bones. This is usually indicated by a clicking sensation in the jaw. To Replace Misshapen Teeth Aesthetic issues like crooked, twisted, oddly positioned teeth or large gaps can all be corrected with the placement of a new Zirconium crown. The procedure for this is simple – usually requiring no more than some reshaping of the natural tooth that it acts as a locating post for the crown to rest on. In more severe cases a more complicated procedure might be required. This involves the natural tooth being cut off at the gum line, the root hollowed out and a new Zirconium post cemented into place, which allows a solid foundation for the crown. This is also known as a ‘post & core’ build up. To Overcome Bruxism Bruxism is a term used to describe the habit of grinding or clenching your teeth – often at night. This grinding can be highly destructive for your teeth – usually leaving them severely worn, chipped or broken as a result. It can also cause prolonged jaw, neck and head pain. Zirconium crowns can be used as part of the treatment for this condition, to help protect the teeth from damage. This is knows as a ‘Prettau’. How Are Zirconium Crowns Made & Fitted? Before the crown is fitted we need to first carry out any preparatory work on the teeth. This can range from fitting new implants down to a simple file and shape of the natural teeth. We then take a comprehensive scan of your mouth, and using special software we are able to make a 3D model, which we use to make your ideal crowns. Once we have an image and a basic crown, we make a test crown from acrylic to test for size and comfort. We fit the acrylic crown to your teeth and make any necessary adjustments before we make the crowns from Zirconium Oxide pellets. The crowns are then prepared thoroughly before the final fitting phase How Long Will The Whole Thing Take? We generally recommend that patients plan to arrive in our clinic for the procedure on a Sunday. We can then have all work done and make sure you are ready to fly home with your new smile on the Friday afternoon/evening.

  • Sınus Lifting | Perfect Dental | Didim Dental Clinic

The upper back jaw has traditionally been one of the most difficult areas to successfully place dental implants due to insufficient bone quantity and quality and the close proximity to the sinus. SINUS LIFTING A key to implant success is the quantity and quality of the bone where the implant is to be placed. The upper back jaw has traditionally been one of the most difficult areas to successfully place dental implants due to insufficient bone quantity and quality and the close proximity to the sinus. If you've lost bone in that area due to reasons such as periodontal disease or tooth loss, you may be left without enough bone to place implants. Sinus lift surgery can help correct this problem by raising the sinus floor and developing bone for the placement of dental implants. Several techniques can be used to raise the sinus and allow for new bone to form. In one common technique, an incision is made to expose the bone. Then a small circle is cut into the bone. This bony piece is lifted into the sinus cavity, much like a trap door, and the space underneath is filled with bone graft material. Your periodontist can explain your options for graft materials, which can regenerate lost bone and tissue. Finally, the incision is closed and healing is allowed to take place. Depending on your individual needs, the bone usually will be allowed to develop for about four to 12 months before implants can be placed. After the implants are placed, an additional healing period is required. In some cases, the implant can be placed at the same time the sinus is augmented. Undergoing sinus lift surgery has been shown to greatly increase your chances for successful implants that can last for years to come. Many patients experience minimal discomfort during this procedure. Sinus Why Doing Upgrade Process? After the extraction of the teeth on the back side, a rapid dissolution occurs in the jawbone due to the lack of implantation. A downward sag is also observed in the maxillary sinuses located on the lower teeth. In this case, we can not find enough bone height to be able to apply 10 mm long implants which we accepted as standard. Advanced implant surgery, which we call sinus lift, sinus lifting, is a surgical procedure performed by removing the membrane surrounding the sinuses without tearing and filling the resulting gap with bone grafts (dental bone dust). The aim of this method is to raise the sagging sinus and to create the appropriate bone volume for the implant in the grafted area.

Sinus Lifting, Bone Grafting, Tooth Extraction Oral Surgery Sinus Lİfting Sinuses are air gaps that are placed between the facial bones of your body. Sinus cavities are the main task of reducing the weight of skull bones. On the other hand, they have the task of providing resonance of sound waves and partially clearing the breathing air. These cavities can expand in volume by the effect of air pressure, especially after tooth loss. After the extraction of our teeth underneath our sinuses, the base of the sinus gradually dangles towards the empty space over time and reduces the volume of bone in this region. More Information Bone Grafting Dental implants are substitute tooth roots which are placed in the jaw bone. In order for an implant to be successful, the patient must have sufficient bone tissue to support the implant. If there is not enough bone tissue in the jaw bone, the bone will not be able to support the implant. Bone grafting involves taking bone tissue from one area of high density and using it to bulk up an area of low density. The bone grafting procedure will be carried out if your dentist has discovered insufficient bone tissue in the jaw. More Information Wisdom Tooth The wisdom teeth grow at the back of your gums and are the last teeth to come through. Most people have four wisdom teeth – one in each corner. Wisdom teeth usually grow through the gums during the late teens or early twenties. By this time, the other 28 adult teeth are usually in place, so there isn't always enough room in the mouth for the wisdom teeth to grow properly. More Information Tooth Extraction A tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth. The dentist or surgeon will numb the tooth first to make the person more comfortable. While a tooth extraction may still be unpleasant, it can be key for relieving dental pain and preventing future problems. In this article, we outline the different types of tooth extraction and why people need them. More Information Soft Tissue Grafting Periodontal procedures such as soft tissue grafting are available to stop further dental problems and gum recession, while improving the look of your gum tissues. Exposed tooth roots are the result of gum recession. Perhaps you wish to enhance your smile by covering one or more of these roots that make your teeth appear too long. Or, maybe you’re not bothered by the appearance of these areas, but you cringe because the exposed roots are sensitive to hot or cold foods and liquids. More Information

  • İnley&Onley Filling | Didim | Perfect Dental

Inlays and onlays are dental restorations used by a select number of dentists. In certain cases, they are a more conservative alternative to full coverage dental crowns. Inlay and Onlay Filling Inlays and onlays are dental restorations used by a select number of dentists. In certain cases, they are a more conservative alternative to full coverage dental crowns. Also known as indirect fillings, inlays and onlays offer a well-fitting, stronger, longer lasting reparative solution to tooth decay or similar damage. These restorations are beneficial from both an esthetic and functional point of view. Inlays and onlays can often be used in place of traditional dental fillings to treat tooth decay or similar structural damage. Whereas dental fillings are molded into place within the mouth during a dental visit, inlays and onlays are fabricated indirectly in a dental lab before being fitted and bonded to the damaged tooth by your dentist. The restoration is dubbed an “inlay” when the material is bonded within the center of a tooth. Conversely, the restoration is dubbed an “onlay” when the extent of the damage requires inclusion of one or more cusps (points) of the tooth or full coverage of the biting surface. The Benefits of the Conservative Approach Superior Fit: They offer a conservative preparation that preserves as much healthy tooth as possible. They are a great choice if you have minimal to moderate tooth decay that extends into a flossing area, offering an excellent alternative to full coverage crowns. Tooth Color: Boasting esthetic longevity, they are not likely to discolor over time as tooth-colored resin fillings often do. Tooth Structure Safeguard: They preserve the maximum amount of healthy tooth structure while restoring decayed or damaged areas, helping to ensure functional longevity. Easy Tooth Cleaning: Because the fit is tailored at all edges and the preparation minimal, your tooth can be easier to clean than it would be with full coverage restorative alternatives such as a dental crown. Composite fillings can shrink during the curing process, whereas prefabricated porcelain or gold inlays/onlays will not (ensuring a precise fit). Tight Space Fulfillments: If you have a cavity between your teeth, consider an inlay rather than a direct composite filling. They are better at sealing teeth to keep out bacteria; they are easy to clean, will not stain and offer exceptional longevity. Strength and Stability: They are extremely stable restorative solutions for the treatment of decay. The superior fit and durable material make them a stable choice that can actually strengthen a damaged tooth. Weak Tooth Protector: An onlay can protect the weak areas of the tooth. The procedure does not require the complete reshaping of the tooth. The Procedure Typically, an inlay or onlay procedure is completed in two dental visits. During your first visit, your dentist must prepare the damaged tooth. A molded impression of the tooth is then taken and sent to a dental laboratory, where the restoration is fabricated. Inlays and onlays can be made from gold, porcelain or resin materials. The difference is in the appearance of the finished restoration. A fitted, provisional restoration (sometimes known as a temporary or “temp” for short) in the shape of the final restoration can be created during this visit to protect the tooth while the final restoration is being fabricated. Your dentist might discuss with you the best type of material to use. If esthetics is not a concern (for example, with back molars), gold is the best option. Porcelain offers the best esthetics and are often used in the “smile line” areas. Resin materials may be the best option for people who grind their teeth and/or those with a misaligned bite (malocclusion). During your second visit, the provisional temporary is removed and your inlay or onlay is placed. They are extremely stable restorations that seldom fail. Your dentist will check all margins to ensure a smooth fit with tight adjacent contacts. Your dentist will also check your bite to ensure that there are no occlusion-related problems affecting the margins of the restoration. Once fitted, the restoration is bonded onto the tooth and the margins are polished. What Does the Future Hold? The materials used to fabricate inlays and onlays continue to evolve and become more natural and tooth-like in terms of structure, how they wear and their longevity. Their use for restorative purposes is not likely to be replaced by another treatment any time soon due to the combination of excellent functional longevity and esthetic naturalness associated with inlays and onlays. In fact, maintaining tooth color over the course of your lifetime may be further enhanced as the materials continue to improve, adding to the esthetic value of the restoration.

Botox Smile confidently with Botox gummy smile treatment ,Gum Smile is a phenomenon that when some people smile, their upper lip elevates too far above their upper teeth, exposing gums and producing an unattractive smile. Occasionally, the gummy smile is also aggravated by a thin upper lip that further contributes to the problem by exposing the upper gum even more. Fortunately, gummy smile can be simply and effectively correct by Botulinum toxin, well known as Botox, injection to reduce the activity of the muscle the elevate upper lip. Cooling after treatment is not necessary. You will immediately be ready to go. Why Choose a Dentist For Your Botox or Lip Filler Treatment? Some dentists may have experience in the use of Botox in their dentistry work such as when they are treating patients with dentures, orthodontic cases or patients with high lip lines. No other healthcare provider has the ability to help patients in the way a dentist can. Dentists are perhaps one of the most accurate professionals when it comes to injecting because they regularly inject the gums during dental procedures. Consequently, they ensure that the injections are relatively pain-free, quick and comfortable for the patient. Dentists are now much more than a place to go for dental treatment and they are becoming increasingly recognised as a place where they can provide a one-stop shop for Botox, fillers and dental treatment.

Digital dentistry may be defined in a broad scope as any dental technology or device that incorporates digital or computer-controlled components in contrast to that of mechanical or electrical alone. Technology Digital Dentistry Digital dentistry may be defined in a broad scope as any dental technology or device that incorporates digital or computer-controlled components in contrast to that of mechanical or electrical alone. This broad definition can range from the most commonly thought area of digital dentistry — CAD/CAM (computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing) — to those that may not even be recognized, such as computer-controlled delivery of nitrous oxide. CEREC is a computer system. In this system, 3D digital impressions are used instead of silicone. The operations to be performed in the mouth are scanned and later designed as models on the computer. The designs are produced using the 'milling' units of the CEREC system. As the entire process is conducted on the digital environment, no technical setbacks regarding precision occur and all data are archived in the digital environment. 1. Digital Scanning (Dental Impression) The patient comes to the clinic and the teeth to be treated undergo a 3D scan. Thus, 3D images of the teeth are available in the virtual environment. 2. Digital Design The tooth design is digitally made at DentLab (the Digital Dental Laboratory of DentGroup) based on the images provided by the 3D scan. All processes including the shaping and contouring of the tooth and gingiva adjustment are performed on the computer. 3. Digital Tooth Production After Digital Design, production takes place. The production of the tooth is made using the 3D scanners and printers (CAD/CAM dental milling machines) at DentLab. 4. Porcelain Teeth The porcelain teeth produced at DentLab are delivered to the DentGroup clinic. Before the application, the final checks of the new teeth are made in the mouth. In conventional dentistry, the impression of teeth and jaw is taken using dental impression material applied with metal trays. This method may trigger a gag reflex in patients, and impressions taken with this method may not always produce accurate results. In digital dentistry, an optical camera scans teeth using 3D scanning, then the images are transferred to the computer in 3D. Advantages of this method: It is faster and more comfortable for the patient. The level of accuracy is much higher than that of the conventional means. It provides for fast progress It enables the archiving of all cases. 3D scanning has started to be used in almost all branches of dentistry. Digital Smile Dentistry Digital Smile Design’s (DSD) multi-purpose communication methods stimulate consistent levels of excellence to achieve highly satisfying results. The sum of it all allows your dentist and you, to create a smile that reflects your own personality and look while enhancing the experience for all. This DSD practice of cosmetic dentistry is clearly hi-tech and state of the art! The benefits of using Digital Smile Design The review of photos and videos compiled for your case will provide your Westcoast smile designers with a clear understanding of the interconnection and dynamic motion, between your teeth, gums, lips and smile. Essentially the complete spectrum of your emotions will be revealed by your unique and undeniable personal facial characteristics! It’s all quite amazing which leads one to ponder what innovators and inventors will create next? In the exciting world of high tech dentistry and its future approach to cosmetic dental procedures such as porcelain, veneers or crown. CAD/CAM Benefits of CAD/CAM Dentistry Research suggests that today's milled CAD/CAM restorations are stronger than those milled from earlier materials. They also are less likely to fracture. One of the advantages of CAD/CAM technology is that if your dentist has the technology in office, same day dentistry may be a treatment option for you More Information Sterilization Like any other medical procedure, dentistry requires strict adherence to certain cleanliness guidelines in order to prevent infections. The process of keeping instruments clean and disposing of potential infection sources is known as dental sterilization. More Information Conscious Sedation Nothing to Fear In spite of the dental technology that has made dentistry virtually pain-free, dental fear and anxiety still keeps millions of patients away from the dental office every year. For these patients, local anesthesia is not enough to treat the psychological factors of their condition -- a sedative is often needed to put them at ease duringdental treatment More Information PRF/CGF Technology Stem cells obtained from the patient's own blood cells accelerate healing treatments. Extremely bony areas (sinus lift) where both the bones of the maxillary sinus and the reinforcement of the weak are applied to thickening. 6-12 months waiting period, normally done with implants, CGF application is reduced by half. More Information Computer Anesthesia Essentially a computer-controlled dental injection. The flow rate of the local anaesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable. Even though Milestone Scientific – – now call their products CompuDent and STA (Single Tooth Anesthesia) System, – because a lot of people with needle phobia describe it as their “Magic Wand”! More Information X-RAY Machine BIDC uses the latest and most advance x-ray machines.
